5. LEGAL SERVICES

Our Legal Services advises and serves the needs of foreign clients interested in undertaking business with INI RADEF in Indonesia .

This section is headed by a Balinese lawyer (Nyoman Dedi SH) on the permanent staff of the Foundation and is served by a group of specialist Balinese lawyers: Ngurah Putra Wijaya (PT companies), Wayan Yuly Eka Parwati SH (PMA companies), Wayan Slamet SH (Foundations/Yayasans) and Dewa Gede Ari Wiratma, SH (consultant).

The principal services include:

● obtaining the correct visas , advice on foreign investment and the formation of companies both foreign (PMA) and local (PT). Clients include UNIVERSITY of FLORENCE SAN DIEGO ZOO and ECOLODGESINDONESIA.COM

●Links with government agenc ies necessary for clients to undertake activities within Indonesia, including total project management can be organised Clients include HEALTH IN HARMONY

● establishment of International Foundations using INI RADEF as the model. Clients include: The MacFarlane Burnet Institute for International Health & IFC PENSA of The WORLD BANK

● organisation of Business visas for many of INI RADEFs Consultants so they can work in Indonesia
