4. HUMAN RESEOURCES DEVELOPMEN

The aim of HRD is to provide the capability to clients of running all aspects of short courses/workshops/seminars based at our Seminar Centre (Udayana eco Lodge) or anywhere in Indonesia .
 

The following courses have been implemented by INI RADEF including hiring of consultants, course preparation, travel and accommodation, course implementation, Action Plan preparation and reporting

 ● 190 + SME courses in Bali and all over Indonesia for the following clients AusAID, MELBOURNE UNIVERSITY PRIVATE, HASSALLS & ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL (HAI), WORLD WIDLIFE FUND, IFC – PENSA and THE BALI REHABILITATION FUND improving over 2,000 small businesses

● Fourteen courses on management of renewable resources including solar energy, economic water management, sewage recycling and economic use of electricity for AusAID and CHARLES DARWIN UNIVERSITY

● Two Scientific Writing Courses for clients from Eastern Universities funded by The AUSTALIAN CENTRE for INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH (ACIAR)

● a two weeks course on Eco Tourism for COREMAP at the Udayana and Bajo komodo eco lodges of INI RADEF

● complete organisation of BALIFEST , a Trade Exhibition held in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia in collaboration with 22 Bali businesses and a partner in Malaysia

● a number of seminars on Bali Cattle Production and Management funded by ACIAR and UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

● three courses on Health Services Management & Advocacy in Ambon , Ternate and Jayapura for HAI

● three courses on Disaster & Emergency Management in Jayapura,Makassar and Surabaya for HAI
